ABOUT ME

For over 15 years I've been training leaders, coaching teams, and working with individuals who are ready to grow. My obsession isn't just with what great teams do, it's with how they do it. I'm always assessing behaviors, communication, and dynamics that either build a team up or quietly tear it apart.

My obsession has led me to a deep study of leadership. I hold a Master's in Education in Guidance Counseling and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, along with my International Coaching Federation ACC. I'm a facilitator of Everything DiSC®, the Five Behaviors®, and the LEAD NOW! Leadership program, which includes a 360 assessment. I bring a compassionate, wholistic approach to every client and team.

When I'm not living out this dream, you'll find me chasing marathon PRs, reading every leadership book I can get my hands on, spending time with my family, or recharging in the San Juan Islands.
